I called the Orioles ticket office and learned that the Cal Ripken/2131 ceremony before tonight's game will not interfere with batting practice.
I checked weather.com and learned that it's going to be a beautiful day in Baltimore.
I called my parents and learned that they're not using their car.
I called my friend Sean and learned that he's up for a road trip...
So we're going.
Camden Yards.
Orioles vs. Blue Jays.
I want/plan to get at least seven balls.
Ten would be better.

Wait....wouldnt the Cal Ripken Jr. ceremony cause the game to be really crowded, meaning less room to move around and such? Im shocked you decided to go. Good luck

The Orioles are awful, and this was a Tuesday night game with all the kids back in school. I figured the ceremony would draw an extra 5,000 or maybe even 10,000, but I knew it wouldn't be a sellout and decided to go for it. Anything would've been better than going to Yankee Stadium last night, right? As it turns out, the Camden crowd was one of the smallest this year. Lucky me.
