Heading off to Shea again...
I'm about to leave for Shea to see Smoltz vs. Pedro. As long as the weather holds up, I should have some good stories tomorrow.
In the meantime, check out this article about batting practice that was written for a site called "Baseball Pilgrimages." You'll find my name in there somewhere.
On an unrelated note, and despite the fact that I don't particularly care for Mr. Bonds, it IS nice to see the kayaks back in the cove. No?
Oh, one more thing...
I might be interviewed by MLB Radio next week. The details are still in the works.
All right.
Gotta go.
Eleven more balls and I reach 2,700.
Think I can do it tonight?

Zack, has anyone ever told you that you resemble Scott Podsednik? I really see a resemblance there, how about anyone else??

Nope, I've never heard that one, but someone at Shea yesterday told me I look like "that fan in Chicago."
Before I started shaving my head, a bunch of people told me I looked like Ray Liotta.
When I had a goatee, I got Kerry Wooded a few times.
Now it's mostly James Carville (yeesh!) and the occasional Andre Agassi.
(All white guys with shaved heads look alike, apparently.)
My dad once told me, "You look like a movie star: Lassie!!!"
My dad looks like Picasso.
My mom looks like Bartolo Colon.
Just kidding.
No she doesn't.

Zack resembles Kerry Wood!!!! I told him that years ago.
ZACK-
Bartolo Colon? Wow, that is scary. But I will tell you this. Take a look at an Elmer's Glue bottle one day and check out that little mascot on it. Now thats Bartolo Colon for you right there. LOL!!!!!! Let me know what you all think of that.
