OMG really? That's awesome. I was at Argosy last Saturday. I made a point to visit while I was in NYC. It was really nice. Great place.

long time no comment...ive been so caught up in school so i havent posted in a while. anyway, i have been keeping up with all your posts so im all up to date...

my american studies teacher is a huge baseball fan....and we always talk after class about whatever is in the news...and he asked if i saw the kid who caught the homers on back-to-back nights at yankee stadium...and im like yeah! i know him! and i showed him your site and he was in awe

anyway, i met bill clinton last year when he came to my college to give a speech to support hillary...and i got a signed 8x10 by him...also met barack and michelle, which was really cool, since hes going to be our next president...but i didnt get anything signed by them

Thats awesome Zack, my uncle who was in charge of Baracks campaign got to introduce him when he spoke there, said he was cool Im sure you had a good experience too. Man I miss baseball, nothing really to do without it.

and yankees5221- i ddidnt think about that but its still pricey. and i would also rather have burnett than sabathia. also did anyone see them moving babe ruths monument? now the stadium really has died, and also if you can get your hands on it, there was an AWSOME article about the stadium in SI in the issue printed during the final homestand.

That's really cool you met President Clinton. I met him too, but WAY BACK in 1992 when he was running for President. He was still Governor of Arkansas. He came to our local Community College to shake some hands. Still cool to meet him no matter how quick it was.

Pretty cool stuff! Way back in the early 80's I met then Vice President George H. W. Bush at the Hall of Fame game. I think it was 1982.

Yeah I actually do play sometimes, not like you but frequently, plus I have baseball conditioning in winter so not completley nothing but you know just feels weird without it. I have and loved your second book and I was wondering how I could get your first one because I can't find it anywhere.

i got one puck at tonights game. from ref after the second period, and it was the comm. retro puck. it also had a huge chunk taken out of it from a player stepping on it with his skate

Glad to hear you like the 2nd book. As for the first one, it's out of print (unfortunately) so it's really hard to find. You just have to poke around on Amazon and abebooks.com and other sites that list "used" books and hope that a copy pops up for a reasonable price. It's been known to happen.
